To initiate the process of connecting your Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2005 environment to the public instant messaging (IM) service providers, please enter the following information and click "Submit request". For additional information on public IM connectivity, or details on the provisioning process, please visit the Live Communications Server home page

Once the information has been entered and submitted, you will receive a tracking number from the provisioning request confirmation page, in addition to an email response that should be used for all future correspondence related to this request.

Note: Before completing the form below, and provisioning your organization to connect with the public IM service providers, you must first purchase service licenses for Live Communications 2005 Public IM Connectivity, and have installed Live Communications Server 2005 SP1, pursuant to the terms and conditions of your Microsoft Volume Licensing agreement. Customers that have not yet purchased public IM connectivity service licenses should not complete this form.
