Tom Keane has been extensively involved with MOM since its inception including working with enterprise customers deploying MOM, writing operational and best practice guides and tools and developing solutions for MOM including the SQL Server 2000 management pack. Tom has been with Microsoft for over 3 years previously working with Enterprise customers in Europe architecting solutions for the Windows platform with Microsoft Consulting Services.
