Known issues after the installation of the service packIf you are using Windows Server 2003, and if you do not have Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 installed, installing Windows SharePoint Services SP2 does not create an entry for Windows SharePoint Services SP2 in the Add or Remove Programs window in Control Panel. If you have Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 installed, installing Windows SharePoint Services SP2 creates an entry for Windows SharePoint Services SP2 in the Add or Remove Programs window in Control Panel.
